1. White Tunic tops with black Slacks and black shoes for all practical classes The uniform must be worn for all
classes no exception.
2. Students / learners must supply 3 bath towels, 2 of same color and 1 contrast color at all practical sessions and a plinth
cover.(for your use only)
3. Due to advancements in the field of massage, aromatherapy, sport therapy and physical therapy it is
reasonable to expect that changes may need to be included to the syllabus. The college reserves the right to make these
changes, i.e. to add and /or amend the syllabus where deemed necessary.
4. All students / learners must telephone 24 Hrs before class date if they are unable to attend the class.
5. A minimum number of hour’s attendance applies to all courses, as set and regulated by accreditation board.
Students / Learners failing to attend for the required amount of hours cannot sit their final
exams.
6. All students / learners must be on time for practical and theory classes.
Long Hair must be tied neatly back for Practical / Theory classes.
Students / learners are expected to model for practical classes, any student /learner who is unable must
inform course co-coordinator at time of enrollment.
Nails must be short and unvarnished.
7. The school retains the right to add extra practical and theory hours to all courses. This is for the benefit of
the student.
8. All courses require both theory and practical work to be completed in time which will contribute to the
continuous assessment procedures of the college.
9. Student clinic days will be arranged during the course and students will have the opportunity to work on
clients. This is a great opportunity for the students to treat clients in a working environment. Students,
friends and family often avail of these clinics. They are always supervised by qualified tutors and therapists.
10. The college reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient applications and your deposits will be
refunded.
11. Accreditation for Prior Learning (APL) will be sent to award accreditation body where applicable.
A Separate form for same will apply and all relevant documentation must be supplied. College will assist
students but the responsibility lies with the student to complete form correctly.
12. Mobile texts will inform students on class cancellations due to weather / unforeseen class cancellation.
13. All timetables are provisional until course commences.
14. All course fees must be paid in full before any student takes their examinations unless other arrangements are
made with college.
15. Examination fees must be paid before students are entered for their examinations unless other arrangements are made
with college.
16. ALL course fees must be paid in full before written report of examination results can be
released and no course certification will not be released until course fee is paid in full also

Application Procedure
1 Return the completed application form to the office.
2 Send the correct Deposit as per course or the deposit that has been agreed with the college director.
Courses place are only reserved on payment of the deposit.
3 Deposits will be returned if student is unsuccessful in obtaining a place on their chosen course.
4 Once accepted on the course your deposit is non- refundable.
5 Early application is advised as classes are small to allow for individual attention for all students.
6 Interviews where deemed necessary will be held.
